Kroll Edges Adam To Win Mosport Can-Am Opener - June 1, 1986

Horst Kroll of Toronto edged Teammate Bill Adam of Oakville, Ontario to win the season opening Can Am race at Mosport. The two Canadian Motorsport Hall of Fame members finish by a narrow 1.5 second margin in the rain soaked event. Mauro Lanaro of Montreal finished third to give Can-Am it's first 1-2-3 all Canadian sweep.
